Scorevell のアカウントとデータの削除 / Deleting your Scorevell account

Scorevell（運営：NOURETE）のアカウントと、クラウドに保存したデータを削除する方法です。

アプリから削除する（おすすめ）

1. Scorevellを開き、設定 → アカウントと同期 を開きます。
2. アカウントを削除 をタップし、確認画面で 削除する をタップします。

アプリを使えない場合

1. support@scorevell.com へ、件名「アカウント削除の依頼」で、サインインに使ったメールアドレスをお知らせください。
2. 運営者から、そのメールアドレス宛てに確認のメールをお送りします。ご本人であることを確かめるため、そのメールにご返信ください。
3. 確認できしだい、30日以内に削除し、完了をお知らせします。

削除されるもの

• メールアドレス・パスワード・アカウント
• Googleでサインインした場合は、Googleとの連携の情報（Googleアカウントの識別子・名前・プロフィール写真のURL）
• クラウドに保存した楽譜リスト・PDFの照合用情報・曲情報・メモ・栞・タグ
• クラウドに保存したセットリスト
• クラウドに保存した書き込み（レイヤー・線・記号）

削除されないもの

• 端末内のデータ（楽譜・書き込み・設定）は消えません。端末内のデータを削除するには、アプリをアンインストールしてください。アプリからアカウントを削除したあと、同じ端末で別のアカウントにサインインすると、端末内のデータがそのアカウントと同期されます。端末を人に譲る場合は、先にアプリをアンインストールしてください。
• サーバーの通信記録（サインインの記録を含む）とメールの送信記録。各サービスの定める期間ののち自動で消えます。
• Proの購入はアプリストアのアカウントに紐づいているため、アカウントを削除しても取り消されません。返金はストアの手続きになります。

How to delete your Scorevell account (operated by NOURETE) and the data you stored in the cloud. The app's screens are in Japanese; the Japanese labels are shown in brackets.

From the app (recommended)

1. Open Scorevell and go to Settings [設定] → Account and sync [アカウントと同期].
2. Tap Delete account [アカウントを削除], then tap Delete [削除する] on the confirmation screen.

If you cannot use the app

1. Email support@scorevell.com with the subject "Account deletion request", telling us the email address you signed in with.
2. We will send a confirmation email to that address. Please reply to it so we can confirm it is you.
3. Once confirmed, we will delete your account within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your email address, password and account
• If you signed in with Google, the information linked to your Google account (its identifier, name and profile picture URL)
• Your library catalog, score fingerprints, score details, notes, bookmarks and tags stored in the cloud
• Your setlists stored in the cloud
• Your annotations (layers, strokes, symbols) stored in the cloud

What is not deleted

• Data on your devices (scores, annotations, settings). Uninstall the app to remove it. If you deleted your account in the app and someone later signs in to another account on the same device, the device's data will sync to that account (uninstall the app before giving the device to someone else).
• Server connection records (including sign-in records) and email delivery records, which are deleted automatically after each service's retention period.
• Your Pro purchase belongs to your app store account and is not cancelled by deleting your Scorevell account. Refunds are handled by the store.
